Autumn

Autumn’s hue, a season of change,
A time of harvest, a time of range,
Golden leaves fall, a gentle breeze,
A time of joy, a time of ease.

The trees stand tall, their limbs so bare,
A canvas for the artist’s care,
Their branches stretch, their roots so deep,
A testament to nature’s sleep.

The air is crisp, the scent so sweet,
A time of harvest, a time to meet,
The earthy smell, the fruit so ripe,
A time of joy, a time to pipe.

The sun sets slow, the sky so bright,
A time of peace, a time of light,
The stars appear, the moon so full,
A time of wonder, a time so cool.

The wind whispers low, the trees so tall,
A time of change, a time for all,
The seasons pass, the cycle true,
A time of autumn, a time for you.

Untitled

In fields of battle, where armies clash and bleed
The cries of warriors echo, their souls proceed
To realms of the dead, where shadows reign
The price of glory, a heavy stain

The drums of war beat, a fierce delight
As armour shines, and banners take flight
The clash of steel, a symphony of might
The scent of victory, a sweet delight

But in the aftermath, the toll is clear
The widows weep, the orphans dear
The graves of heroes, a somber sight
The end of war, a new light

The drums of peace, a gentle beat
As nations heal, and hearts retreat
The memories of war, a lesson learned
The price of peace, a priceless earn.

HUMAN.

To me, it means a lot to be human,
you always hear about men, women, black, white, muslim jewish,

all of that, but you never hear about human.

We’re all worth as much as the next person no matter what,
we all have our own experiences, feelings, emotions and ambitions,
and sometimes you never realise that.

Everybody you see on the street, on a train, at a concert or in a bar,
has their own unique individual story to tell,
I know it may be hard at times,
but the importance of treating everyone equally cannot be understated.

Always think before you speak.

Human

Why is human being not being human,

shaped differently but acting indifferent,

aspire to be like don’t try to be else,

why are self and oneself are being so distant?

Is the society holding you back?

Is the reason to change that what you lack?

Be you, that’s it.

A note to men.

Why do our bodies matter so much?

What about my face, my hair?

My kind heart?

Do you see us different to how we think you do?

I hate men.

Did I deserve what I was put through?

Was it my fault?

Did I cause this for myself?

I don’t think so…
You put girls down for just being themselves.

And for what reason?

What pleasure does it bring you?

Looking like a big man and running straight to your friends to tell them what you said?
Pathetic.

Home

I wanna go to my house,

to sleep and watch a movie.

I want to see my parents, my sister and my friends,

So bring me back to Spain.

Untitled

A letter to men on how they can be different.

We like when you’re funny but don’t make fun of another girl to us.

Why text the whole population, you make us feel worthless.

We love when yous have deep conversations so we see the caring side of you.

We overthink and feel so deeply so just be gentle and sensitive with us.

Girls are to nice and caring so don’t take us for granted.

Love

Love, what is love.

Nowadays love is just a word, a useless word with no meaning,

no sense behind it and its nothing but a word.

Love is something not many people get to feel,

love is a feeling that over powers every other emotion,

love is all consuming but nowadays we take advantage of that,

We take advantage of the emotion it holds,

we hold advantage of the power it has,

love is explosive and dangerous.

We all think we have to be perfect to be loved

or be perfect to love but thats the beautiful thing of love,

love never judges.

Untitled

From an early age we are told what its like for women and men,
men are bad but not too bad, women are oppressed but dramatic,
never to they take the time to notice how life is during that early age.

Men are taught to be strong, be brave, be emotionless
women are taught to be pretty, be nice, be quiet,
these things are taught by the people who raise us,

who take care of us, our role models.

The problems today in our society are taught to us by the same people

who wonder why our views on the world are so set in stone.

Babies are not born with hate, that is taught.
We need to start thinking for ourselves.
We need to start being the talker, not the listener.
We need to listen to each other.
So just listen.

What Makes a Man

A man is not the guy with big muscles
Or the guy that drives a Mercedes
Nor the guy thats involved in tussle
No more the guy that acts like Hades.

No a man is the guy that stands up for what’s right,
The guy that believes in what he says
The true man will always fight,
But not for promoting hate or violence
Rather for the silent men of the night.

Bella

Bella is my cat,

her fluffy fur makes her look fat,

Bella is a very lazy cat

Bella Bella.

Untitled

I really enjoy being here in Ireland

but I really mis my family and friends,

and would like to go back to Spain

to see my friends and family.

I enjoy being here because we don’t do nothing

and I get to meet a lot of new people.

I don’t want these years to finish because I am really enjoying it.

Untitled

I went to the shop,

bought a lollipop,

On my way home I took a stop,

I saw a top,

a nike top

on the ground,

it would be worth a couple of pound,

I stole it.

Dyslexia

I suffer with dyslexia and forget things easily,
Anxiety and difficulty reading out loud,
Delayed speech, or jumbling words.

Being dyslexic is like reading slowly and

feel that you have to work extra hard when reading,
for me anyways.

To be Human

All the same body structure,

yet such different minds,

To be human is to wake up each morning

with vastly different dreams each with unique meaning.

To be human is to bond with other’s and

form unique forms of affection and Language.

To be human is to struggle in any way, mentally or physically.

To be human is to look up at the sky and and question the world we live in.

To be human is to respect each other and look at each other

in equal light because we all have the same humanity,

just different experiences that shape that humanity.

Untitled

A man should be kind.
He should be a certain height,
He should be easy to find,
And he should be bright.

He must treat you right,
He should buy you stuff,
Yous should never fight,
He shouldn’t act tough.
