Christmas

Christmas is my favourite time of year.

Family members are near.

And everybody is full of cheer.

The freezing cold weather.

Brings people and communities together.

The world is filled with kindness and love.

It’s a time to remember the people above.

Christmas is a magical time of year.

Who I Am

I enjoy who I am,
I may be different in some ways
but that doesn’t change who I am.
I am me, I want to grow as a person
And not let others change who I am,
Because I am me and only me
I want to find out what’s made for me in life,
What will be me.

The City That Never Stops

In the city where dreams collide,

the location where nightmares hide,

amidst the dirty streets where rats roam

like hungry beggars for food of a lifetime,

is the same city that boys and girls hit the pillow

ready for sleep but the city itself never sleeps.

Hue-Man

Being a man is being deemed small,

While others flourish you wait to be tall.

Your faced with choosing between intuition and crass,

While fighting relegation battles in maths class.

You can’t look to others for any support,

It makes your stomach twist and contort.

Being a man is being deemed small,

It’s not a nice thing at all.

Goal

The crowd roarer
A goal is scored
The atmosphere soared

The players dance
It’s their last chance
The fans can’t even glance

The players strive
The stadium becomes alive.

December

When the sky is white and ground is cold

We see Christmas trees in red and gold.

We get together with family and friends

Till the wet and bright bitter ends,

We take the decorations down and

We give our families a helping hand.

Once the snow stops and ice melts,

Summer is coming, so fasten your belts.

Human

To be a human is to love,
To feel as free as a dainty dove,
Flying free through the big blue sky,
Unknowing of the hate in the world it flies by.

To be a human is to experience joy,
To have your fun with the boys
And girls, and everybody else you adore,
Partying, small chats, picnics by the shore.

However, what we don’t often mention is;

To be a human is to face your fears
To be discriminated of in front of your peers.
It’s not all that lovely or joyous or fun,
but trust it happens to everyone.
Fighting blood, sweat and tears, while you try to be meek,
Try being a human, it’s not for the weak.

Untitled

Behind the wall of weakness Inside the towering wall stood a man,

vulnerable and weak,

His spirit fragile, his voice unable to speak.

In the shadows he cowered, afraid of the light

His dreams shattered, lost in the night.

With trembling hands, and a heavy heart

He looked lost, like his first time in a cattle mart

In his vulnerability, a quiet strength grew,

A journey of healing, to himself he drew.

Manhood

To be a man

To not always have a plan,

To think you can’t,

To know you can.

To be a male

To be scared to fail,

To be ready to try again,

To be men.

Untitled

Sometimes it’s hard to talk in a crowd out loud,

Sometimes it’s hard to walk in marathon at the right pace,

Sometimes it’s hard to go against a current when you know your not for it,

Sometimes it’s hard to to be different in a world that you’ve been hurled in to.

Untitled

I deal with a person,

who is me

but there are two of me,

one of me is very agile,

I am very tense and

I get angry very fast,

but then the other side of me,

is very calm and is very open and friendly.

Everyday

Wake up, get up everyday same stuff,
Seeing things that make you shiver,
like your taking a stroll through the river.

Half the day gone feels so long.
The clock just ticking like a time bomb.
Home at last thank god for that.

Oh shootI have to feed my Kitty Kat.
In bed I sleep all night thinking about the things I could have done right.

Untitled

Us men are simple creatures,
With many epic features.
Strength, courage, determination.
Helped build up all the great nations.
But also remember we our greatest flaw,
Even the ones who have us in awe.
We are all but perfect, we are man.
Accept your flaws, take them with pride.
Most of those who are thought great have lied.
Realise this, and continue in your stride.

Untitled

I went to the game

Everything was the same,

It was dull and boring

And left me snoring.

The alarm goes off
It’s another days school,
Falling asleep in a boring class
From my mouth falls drool.

At Seven A.M
I want to cry
As waking up early
makes me want to cry.

Untitled

Me and my friend went to the well

and rang the bell before,

he got sent to hell then he came back,

and said “well well well,”

then he asked me

do I need a lift I said

“no no no I’ll just use my rift.”

I ended up at his house,

he had a pet mouse and

his accent was very scouse.

Untitled

MS thinks he’s the boy
But in truth he’s just the lads toy.
They used him like a tool
He doesn’t know he’s a fool.
It will finally catch up,
That he only acted the pup.
He played the lad
But now he’s just sad.

Untitled

it’s easier to be a man.

My life as a man is very pleasant,

I am not a conflicted person

and have never succumbed to bullying,

I have a good physique and

I am handsome in appearance.

There have always been girls in my life

who were interested in me and

now I have a girlfriend.

I think it’s more difficult to be a girl,

because they are more emotional

and worry about everything,

their body also hurts them every month,

and for this you need to sweat,

I’m glad that I’m a man,

my experience is very good.
