Roles at Our Camps
We recruit for the following positions:
Camp Manager
The Camp Manager leads the overall operation of the camp. This role combines leadership, safeguarding responsibility, and hands-on group facilitation. The Camp Manager oversees staff, maintains health and safety standards, acts as Designated Liaison Person (DLP), and ensures clear communication with parents and management.
Tutor
Tutors guide students through structured creative sessions, maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, manage materials, support students, and contribute to the smooth running of camp activities. A Lead Tutor will be assigned in every group who will oversee demonstrations, time management, classroom operations and track attendance.
Who We’re Looking for
We welcome applications from individuals who:
- Have experience working with children or young people
- Are confident managing groups in structured settings
- Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills
- Understand the importance of safeguarding and health & safety compliance
- Have a background or strong interest in art and/or education.
