Our Volunteer Programme offers a meaningful opportunity to support young people in a structured and creative environment. Volunteers play an important role in fostering confidence, encouragement, and positive engagement throughout our Art Camps.

Whether you are considering a future career in education, youth work, the arts, or simply want to contribute to your community and inspire young people, volunteering with Inspireland provides valuable hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do

Volunteers assist staff in maintaining a welcoming and organised camp environment.
This may include:
  • Offering encouragement and positive feedback
  • Assisting with preparation and organisation of materials
  • Observing experienced educators and facilitators
  • Supporting daily set-up and clean-up
  • Documenting artwork and creative progress
Volunteers are always guided and supported by the Camp Manager and Tutors.

What You’ll Gain

No formal experience is required. An interest in art, education, or youth engagement is beneficial.
All volunteer roles involving children are subject to Garda Vetting.
