Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Inspireland Art Camp is open to children and teenagers between the ages of 8 to 18.

Camp Hours

• The camps run between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm each day. Please note that some camps may run at different times depending on venue availability.
• Inspireland will not be responsible for any child left unsupervised outside of camp hours.

Booking and Confirmation

• Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• A confirmation email or text will be sent as proof of booking.
• Payment is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations made up to 10 days before the camp begins will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 10 days before the camp.

Code of Conduct

• Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp manager to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed. No refund will be made in such cases.

Safety and Liability

• In consideration of the acceptance of the student at Inspireland Art Camps, the applicant agrees that Inspireland and/or their employees will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss of personal property, however caused.
• Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.

Medical Information

• To ensure your child can fully participate in our art camps, please provide accurate medical and other relevant information, including age. If needed, we may request further verification.
• Our camp supervisors are unable to administer medications or monitor medical conditions. Camp participants must be capable of self-monitoring and self-administering their medications unless a parent or guardian is present to assist throughout the week. Please inform us of any changes to the medical information provided on your application form or discussed with us prior to the start of camp.

Activities and Programme Changes

• Inspireland reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Photography and Video

• Photographs and videos may be taken during the camp and used for promotional purposes.

Online Camp Guidelines

• Inspireland’s online camp tutorials are streamed live via Zoom. Participants are expected to have a stable internet connection and adhere to appropriate online behavior.

Data Protection

• • Inspireland complies with GDPR.
  • All personal data held by Inspireland is used solely for the purpose stated at the time of collection.
  • Personal information provided during booking is used solely for camp administration purposes and will be securely stored and managed.

Changes to Terms

• • • nspireland reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
