Kids Camp is for 9 to 12 year-olds and employs much of the same disciplines as teen week, but applies a more step-by-step approach. The ratio of staff to students is 7 to 1 and no one is left behind. These are as much about confidence building as they are about creating beautiful art.
Kids Camp 1: 9 to 12 year-olds – 10am to 3pm
Teen Week 1: 13 to 18 year-olds – 10.30am to 2.30pm

Stephen Murray is an award winning poet and the founder of Inspireland. He has published two collections of poetry with Salmon Poetry to widespread critical acclaim. He is regarded as Ireland’s leading poetry workshop provider for young people and has delivered workshops to over 50,000 young people in Ireland. His work has featured on Nationwide, RTE TwoTube, TV3, Arena, BBC 2, The Irish Times, the Independent and Hot Press.
Anastasia Pappas is an award-winning television writer, producer and director. She has written for Sesame Street, MTV and HBO. At HBO she packaged, directed, and branded “Entourage.” In 2002 she produced and directed Eddie Izzard’s stand-up concert, “Circle.” She left television in 2010 to take a writing sabbatical. Her 2013 screenplay adaptation of Victor Pevelin’s “V Empire” is slated for pre-production in May 2016.
Martin Shannon is a painter, sculptor, and printmaker. He holds degrees in both Fine Art Sculpture and Printmaking, and a Master’s degree in Fine Art from the Limerick School of Art and Design. He was selected for Ev+A in 2005, has had a residency in 411 Galleries in China, and has exhibited widely both nationally and internationally. His most recent venture has seen him with 3 Others set up Lumen Street Theatre in Limerick city. He has been engaged with street theatre and workshops with young people for many years in both Limerick and Clare. Their entry in Limerick’s 2016 parade won them the Martin Folan Creative award and they won the 2017 Tidy Towns award.
